The TOR-2 transformer oil express-tester is designed to measure moisture and hydrogen content in mineral and ether-based insulating oils. Continuous monitoring of hydrogen provides early detection of potential transformer damage, helping prevent failures. Moisture and hydrogen are measured in parts per million (ppm), and the presence of other gases in the oil does not affect measurement accuracy. Its high measurement speed makes the TOR-2 an ideal solution for regular on-site monitoring of moisture content in transformer oils.
The TOR-3 is designed to determine the dielectric loss tangent, specific resistivity, and permittivity of transformer oils and other dielectric fluids, in accordance with IEC 60247-2004-02 (VDE-0380-2:2005_01), ASTM D924-08, and ASTM D1169-02.
It is a fully automatic device, allowing testing according to the specified standards or user-defined procedures. The TOR-80 unit is designed for automated, accurate measurement of the dielectric strength (breakdown voltage up to 80 kV) of transformer oil and other dielectric fluids according to IEC 60156, ASTM D877, and ASTM D1816. It can operate autonomously or in a network, transferring results to a PC to create a local database, generate reports, plot graphs, and print results. The device is fully automatic and supports testing both according to standard procedures and custom user-defined procedures.
The TOR-1 is a device designed for rapid and precise determination of the mass fraction of water in insulating oils, even at very low levels.
