СММ-0,001U Laboratory Oil Filtration Unit
The GlobeCore CMM-0.001U is a laboratory oil filtration and purification unit designed to test the feasibility of cleaning specific petrochemical products. It regenerates small samples of transformer oil, industrial oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oil, diesel, heating oil, vacuum oil, kerosene, transmission oil and others. The system uses a sorbent-filled filtration pod and a vacuum chamber to remove impurities and restore oil quality. Compact and easy to transport, it connects to a standard power outlet and allows on-site testing of oil samples. The unit offers quiet operation and regeneration rates of 2–5 L/h depending on oil type.

The laboratory CMM-0.001U unit is designed to evaluate the feasibility of purifying and regenerating petrochemical products in small volumes. It is used to study how different types of mineral oils respond to filtration and sorbent-based regeneration, making it an essential tool for laboratories, research centers, and maintenance services that require precise testing before scaling treatment processes to industrial equipment. The unit allows the regeneration and filtration of a wide range of mineral oils, including industrial, transformer, turbine, hydraulic, diesel, heating, vacuum, transmission oils, as well as essential oils, gas condensate, and kerosene. The CMM-0.001U consists of several key components that work together to ensure stable and efficient operation: an oil filtration pod, a supporting frame, a vacuum chamber, a vacuum pump and interconnecting piping. These components are arranged in a compact, transportable structure that can be easily installed in any laboratory environment.
