The plant removes mechanical impurities and water using the coalescence method. It consists of a mobile platform with filters, a pumping assembly, and a push-button starter. A cartridge filter is included for removing mechanical impurities, with replaceable elements offering filtration fineness of 1, 3, 5, or 25 μm. Water is removed by coalescence: as oil passes through a special filter element, water molecules form droplets that flow down into a sump and can be drained via a valve.

The mobile oil station ZP-130 is designed for purification of lubricating and electrical insulation oils, removing mechanical impurities, and drying oils with a viscosity up to 70 cSt at 40 °C. The unit uses sorbent cartridges specifically engineered for drying oils with zeolite or other adsorbents, and features hatches for quick loading and unloading. Its throughput is 2 m³/h. The cartridges can also be filled with alternative adsorbents such as Fuller’s earth or silica gel, making the unit suitable for oil regeneration and acidity reduction. The ZP-130 is used during the assembly, maintenance, and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment up to 1,150 kV, including power transformers, high-voltage switches, and similar devices.
The GlobeCore CMM-10RL is a transformer oil regeneration plant that restores degraded insulating oil to near-new condition. Oil passes through ten columns filled with Fuller’s earth sorbent, which removes acids, sludge, moisture and oxidation products, improving dielectric strength and clarity. The unit features in-column sorbent reactivation, allowing 300–500 reuse cycles without disposal. The CMM-10RL also regenerates turbine, hydraulic, silicone, FR3, Midel 7131, gearbox, compressor and cable oils, as well as polishes diesel, marine fuels and gas condensate. It delivers 0.75 m³/h and reduces oil replacement costs.

The TOR-5 system continuously monitors and controls the condition of power transformers, including special-purpose types such as traction, mining, marine, and wind turbine step-up transformers, by assessing the state of their insulating oil and insulation. The system measures key parameters such as water content in the oil and solid insulation, dielectric strength, and oil quality index. It connects directly to the transformer, creating a closed-loop circulation where oil is drawn from the bottom of the tank, passes through sensors, and returns to the top. Measurements are taken once per minute and transmitted to a cloud server, where additional calculations provide a comprehensive evaluation of the transformer’s condition.
The BRZ regeneration unit is designed to restore the performance of sorbent cartridges used in the CMM-260C transformer dry-out system for drying dielectric insulating oil. The unit regenerates zeolite cartridges with a controlled hot air flow that removes excess moisture and restores adsorption capacity. During operation, the air blower provides a throughput of 2.3 m³/min, while the hot air temperature reaches 250 °C (483 °F), ensuring efficient drying and reliable preparation of the sorbent for repeated use.
The BRPS plant is designed to clean sorbent (zeolite) from oil residues using overheated steam and to remove absorbed moisture by drying with hot air. It is used at power and industrial facilities where zeolite-filled adsorbers dry lubricating and electrical insulating oils, such as in transformer dry-out systems. To restore adsorption properties, zeolite must be heated to 250 °C; however, since it contains oil residues with a lower flash point, these are first removed by steam cleaning generated by a steam unit, with contaminants collected in a separate tank. After oil removal, the zeolite is dried with hot air at up to 250 °C and then vacuumized to extract remaining steam and gases. Once cooled, the zeolite is ready for reuse in oil drying processes.
The GlobeCore CMM-6RL is a transformer and industrial oil regeneration unit that restores aged oil to near-new condition by passing it through six columns filled with Fuller’s earth adsorbent. The system removes acids, sludge, moisture and oxidation products, improving breakdown voltage and overall dielectric performance. A key feature is in-column adsorbent reactivation, allowing the sorbent to be burned and reused up to 300 times without removal. The CMM-6RL also regenerates hydraulic, turbine, gearbox and other industrial oils, preserving useful hydrocarbons and reducing disposal and replacement costs. This unit offers a sustainable, efficient solution for extending oil and equipment life.
The CMM-2.2LT unit is designed for thermo-vacuum drying and filtration of industrial oils used in lubrication, sealing, and hydraulic control systems of gas turbines, gas piston units, gas engine compressors, and transformers. The unit effectively removes mechanical impurities and water from the oil. The capacity in thermo-vacuum drying and filtration mode is at least 2.2 m³/h. In addition, the CMM-2.2LT can be used for heating and drying oil-filled electrical equipment with hot transformer oil.
The SSC-15 Zeolite Drying Cabinet is designed for electric power utilities and gas processing plants and is intended for preliminary drying of zeolite used for deep dehydration of fuel oils and natural gas. The sheet-steel cabinet includes a thermally insulated drying chamber with 12 trays. Two heating units are installed on both sides of the chamber, and a rear-mounted fan ensures continuous airflow from the electric heaters through side openings for uniform heat distribution. The drying process is controlled by a modular unit installed near the cabinet. At the customer’s request, the dryer can be equipped with heating elements up to 800 °C to expand its application range, as well as an automatic door control system that prevents opening until the unit has cooled down.
The СММ-4,0LT unit is designed for thermal vacuum drying and filtration of industrial oils used in lubrication, sealing, and hydraulic control systems of gas turbine and gas pumping units, gas engine compressors, and transformers. In addition to oil purification, the CMM-4,0LT can be used for heating and drying oil-filled electrical devices. The unit has a capacity of at least 4.0 m³/h (17.6 gpm) in thermal vacuum drying and filtration mode. The oil is drawn by vacuum through a coarse filter with a 200-micron filtration fineness into a vacuum tank containing a heater. Rising from bottom to top, the oil heats up and passes through a specially channeled lid into special fillers. As the oil flows downward through the fillers, moisture and gases are removed under vacuum. Finally, the oil is pumped from the bottom of the tank through two fine filters to the unit outlet, with filter fineness selectable at 5, 3, 1, or 0.3 microns.
The CMM-1.0LT unit is designed for thermo-vacuum drying and filtration of industrial oils used in lubrication, sealing, and hydraulic control systems of gas turbines, gas compression units, gas piston compressors, as well as transformers. In addition to oil purification, the unit can be used for heating and drying oil-filled electrical equipment.
Under vacuum, the oil passes through a coarse filter with a filtration rating of 200 μm, then enters a vacuum tank with a built-in heater. The heated oil is distributed over special fillers, where moisture and gases are efficiently removed under vacuum. The oil is then pumped from the bottom of the tank through two fine filters with selectable ratings of 5, 3, 1, or 0.3 μm and delivered to the outlet. The placement of the heater inside the vacuum chamber and the optimized layout ensure compact unit dimensions and reduced heat loss.

The CMM-1H unit is designed for drying, heating, and filtration of mineral transformer oil, as well as for vacuuming transformer tanks. The treatment process is based on the combination of heat and vacuum: the oil is heated and fed into a vacuum chamber, where low pressure causes the water in the oil to boil and evaporate at lower temperatures. The water vapor is removed by a vacuum pump. The unit is equipped with an outlet centrifugal pump to reduce noise and an intelligent heating system that automatically regulates current and prevents voltage spikes. There is no inlet pump, so the oil is fed directly, reducing the risk of leaks. The CMM-1H has a drying capacity of up to 1 m³/h. After treatment, the moisture content is reduced to 5–10 ppm, and the oil cleanliness class meets ISO 4406: –/15/13.

The GlobeCore CMM-0.001U is a laboratory oil filtration and purification unit designed to test the feasibility of cleaning specific petrochemical products. It regenerates small samples of transformer oil, industrial oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oil, diesel, heating oil, vacuum oil, kerosene, transmission oil and others. The system uses a sorbent-filled filtration pod and a vacuum chamber to remove impurities and restore oil quality. Compact and easy to transport, it connects to a standard power outlet and allows on-site testing of oil samples. The unit offers quiet operation and regeneration rates of 2–5 L/h depending on oil type.
The CMM-0.6L is a compact unit designed for heating, pumping, and purifying electrical insulating and cooling oil used in transformers, on-load tap changers, bushings, and high-voltage circuit breakers. During the treatment process, mechanical impurities, dissolved gases, and water are removed from the oil. The unit has a capacity of up to 600 L/h, corresponding to the basic CMM category.
Purification is carried out under vacuum: the heated oil enters a vacuum chamber where, due to an increased contact surface area, moisture and gases are effectively removed. The oil then passes through filters and is delivered to the outlet.
The operation of the CMM-0.6L is highly automated and requires minimal operator involvement. The unit is equipped with protection systems against overheating, oil leaks, lack of oil in the system, foaming, and electrical equipment overloads, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
